PREGNANCY AFTER ECTOPIC PREGNANCY

i'm 32 years old and i got pregnant last march.and the doctor found that i have ectopic pregnancy. so operation needed. and also they found also that i have cyst on my right ovary. they remove the cyst,and the ectopic baby. my question is 7 months after the operation why i didn't get pregnant again?i didn't take any contraceptives.coz i am so eager to have a baby.i ask if when will i have pregnant again?thank you and sorry about my english words.pls help me!
