Q: What is your question?I nurse a 8 month old baby, and suddenly there are white scab type spots on both nipples. It is very painful shooting pains come from the spots and go through my brest. I thought it was some kind of trush, so I took the baby to the pediatrician., they said there was no trush in her mouth, but the visit cost me $50.00 out of pocket. I don't have insurance or much money. Is this something that sould not be ignored? Thanks for you help
